I began in the foodservice industry in my early teens, working as a dishwasher at my family restaurant. Captivated by the chaos of a busy kitchen, I progressed into various duties over the next decade or so.
Always hungry (and thirsty) for more knowledge, I earned a degree in Hospitality and Tourism at TMU.
Working for foodservice equipment dealers and manufacturers over the past 18 years has given me great experiences and relationships I will hold for life.
For a guy that loves food it is difficult to name a favourite. It is hard to pass over a thin-crust pizza or braised short ribs if I see them on a menu.
When not at work, I love to spend time with family and friends, try out new restaurants, mess around with my Big Green Egg and get frustrated on a golf course.
