I am a born and raised Edmontonian who started my food service career at Russell Food Equipment back in 1979. I feel my success with dealers and end users happened by listening, diagnosing, and prescribing the right product for the right application. My passions are travel, history, food, and sports, and thankfully my wife enjoys most of these same interests and tolerates the ones she does not. My most memorable meals have been at Oktoberfest in Germany and Ernie Ells Winery in South Africa. Favourite Edmonton Restaurants are Sabor, Continental Treat, District, and Tony’s Pizza Palace.
